Refund policy

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with delivery, the package must be accepted before we can agree to replace or refund an order.

Shipping

Once your package has left us, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier if there is an issue with delivery. We cannot replace items if they do not arrive with you and as the goods are perishable it is not possible to get any insurance to cover any losses.
