Courier Delivery

We will dispatch your order on Tuesday or Wednesday each week using an overnight courier delivery service. Any order placed after 8am Monday morning will be sent Tuesday or Wednesday the following week.

Perishable goods are packaged with wool and ice packs which will keep items cold for at least 48 hours to maintain freshness. If your parcel is late do not refuse it as this will invalidate your ability to receive a refund or replacement.

Please ensure that there is a safe place for your parcel to be left - we will instruct the couriers to leave the parcel if they cannot contact you at your property as they will not be able to attempt another delivery the same day.

Collection from the Gelato Shop

Collection of your order is available from the gelato shop during opening hours (currently Saturday and Sunday 12-4pm).
