Raw Milk

PLEASE NOTE - We send our milk fresh on the day of production so orders will be dispatched on Tuesday or Wednesday each week using an overnight courier delivery service. Any order placed after 8am Monday morning will be sent Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. Our online shop will be updated every Monday at 12 noon for orders to be dispatched the following week.

Raw milk from our small herd of Jersey cows who naturally rear their own calves. The calves stay with their mothers until they are old enough to be weaned, usually between 5 and 6 months.

Our cows are milked once a day which leaves plenty of milk for the calves.

Our cows only ever eat a natural diet of pasture and forage for their entire lives. We do not feed them any grain. We do not use any artificial fertiliser or pesticides.

Milk from cows fed a 100% pasture diet is healthier than milk from grain fed cows. Pasture fed cow’s milk has higher levels of desirable omega 3, vitamin E, antioxidants and lower levels of undesirable omega 6.
